Dogbone Foundation Workshop

BUFFALO NICKEL Academy at The Buffalo Nickel Lodge

Join our DogBone Foundation Workshop at the Buffalo Nickel Lodge.

This Friday through Sunday course will be led by Jeremy Moore and his team.

The purpose of this workshop is to help build the foundation necessary for developing a dog capable of doing any kind of field work. Jeremy and his team will emphasize the importance of developing and understanding good timing, feel, connection, trust with your dog. This workshop is as much for beginners and those with young pups as it is for more experienced handlers or older dogs. The age and experience level of your dogs is not important, – your willingness to learn and then apply what you learn later on is.

This workshop is intended to train you as “the trainer” more than it is to train the dog or pup. It will allow you to bring knowledge home with you where you can apply it from that point on. A LOT will be covered as far as handling skills, while still making it fun for attendees and dogs. If you have a dog that is too young or not far enough along to take part in specific drills, you will be able to handle one of the team’s dogs in training to ensure you have the opportunity to be hands-on during the entire workshop.
